Contract

This contract is concluded between the person who uploads photos, images and/or videos for sales, further called Content Provider, and the company Trave Ltd, further called Content Reseller, under the following conditions:

Subject of the Contract

The Content Provider registers model account at daloco.com by providing the requested personal information, logs in and uploads photos, images and/or videos for sales, but the Content Reseller provides the online platform for reselling the Content Provider’s photos, images and/or videos, carries out marketing activities in order to sell the Content Provider’s photos, images and/or videos and pays out the Content Provider’s revenue share by using the financial instrument chosen by the Content Provider.

Revenue Share and Payout Time

1. The Content Provider’s photos, images and/or videos are being sold through the Content Provider’s profile by purchasing monthly membership:
   1. One Month (recurring) 29.98 USD
   2. Six Months (recurring) 99.98 USD
2. The Content Provider receives:
   1. 100% revenue in case if he/she gets signup through the unique link given to the Content Provider
   2. 50% revenue in case if the Content Reseller gets the buyer
   3. 5% revenue from the Content Provider referred friend’s revenue
3. Revenue is paid out to the Content Provider when his/her balance reaches the payout minimum.

Requirements for the Photos, Images and/or Videos

• the Content Reseller has to be seen on the photos, images and/or videos
• the only copyright holder has to be the Content Provider
• the acceptable niches:
  • nude
  • no nude
  • porn
  • fetish
  • art
• content that includes persons under 18 years of age and/or acts of shitting, animal cruelty, brutality against ones will, necrophilia, rape, zoophilia, racism is strictly prohibited
• the Content Reseller has the rights not to accept any of the photos, images and/or videos uploaded by the Content Provider because of the bad quality, unsuitable content or any other reason.

Marketing and Advertising

1. The Content Provider can promote his/her profile with the photos, images and/or videos by using the unique link given to the Content Provider or direct link to his/her profile with the following limitations:
   1. the Content Provider must not make anybody believe that he/she is younger than 18 years of age by using words lolita, lola, preteen, underage, kid, child or similar ones or by using images with the underage persons as the marketing tools.
   2. the Content Provider must not use any type of spam
   3. the Content Provider must not use any kind of virus, adware or any other illegal tool
   4. the Content Provider must not use websites containing illegal content as the marketing tools. Such content is, but limited to, persons under 18 years of age and acts of shitting, animal cruelty, brutality against ones will, necrophilia, rape, zoophilia, racism.
2. The Content Reseller uses virtual networks of websites that belong to the Content Reseller itself or the affiliation partners for the marketing and selling the Content Provider’s photos, images and/or videos.

Termination of the Contract

The breach of any of the rules may lead to the termination of the Content Provider’s account and losing the money earned.
